]]> Sleep disordered breathing (SDB) is highly prevalent but frequently unrecognized among stroke patients. Polysomnography (PSG) is challenging to perform soon after a stroke, taking weeks or months to complete. The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association guidelines recommend considering sleep studies in acute stroke and transient ischemic attack patients.

Recently, Belun® Sleep Platform recently has helped a young male post-stroke patient with heart failure to identify Cheyne-Stokes respiration during sleep test at home.
